Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the SpyCloud bot to any Discord guild, executing slash or text commands, or logging in to spycloud.app via Discord OAuth2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue using our web application.

2. Eligibility & Age Limit

To use SpyCloud, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. To configure SpyCloud for a Discord server, you must have 'Administrator' or 'Manage Server' permissions in that server.

3. Description of Services

SpyCloud provides an automated community progression suite for Discord guilds. Our services include:

• Text and voice channel XP progression and leveling engine.
• Hardware-accelerated instant /rank card generation.
• Real-time invite tracking, join attribution, and anti-fake filtering.
• Automated milestone level role reward assignments.
• Customizable role-based command permission management dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with SpyCloud, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated spamming, DoS attacks, flooding bot endpoints, or executing malicious automated scripts.
• Artificially farming XP or abusing leveling systems through self-bots or malicious automation.
• Attempting to bypass web dashboard authentication, CSRF tokens, or rate limits.
• Utilizing the bot in servers that violate Discord Community Guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Discord Terms Compliance

SpyCloud strictly complies with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. SpyCloud never accesses, stores, or requests user passwords, private emails, or direct message contents.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

SpyCloud operates with a 99.9% uptime target. However, temporary downtime may occur due to Discord API gateway maintenance, network infrastructure updates, or database optimizations. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpyCloud developers be liable for internal guild disputes, misconfigured server roles by administrators, or member moderation decisions. Guild role hierarchy and permission management are the sole responsibility of the server owner.

8. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block access to SpyCloud for any user or server that violates these Terms of Service, attempts security breaches, or engages in harmful activities.
